The IOC4T 200-560-000-113 is an input/output interface daughter card specifically designed for mechanical protection systems. It is an early, non-RoHS version of the standard IOC4T model, with a buffered dynamic signal output impedance of 2000Ω. It is used in pairs with the MPC4 mechanical protection motherboard and serves as the core signal relay card for connecting unit vibration and speed monitoring signals and outputting alarms. Later versions (PNR 200-560-000-114 and later) are RoHS-compliant, with the output impedance reduced to 50 Ω.

This card operates in Slave Mode and communicates with the corresponding MPC4 card via the Industry Pack (IP) interface through the P2 connector. Its front panel (located at the rear of the ABE04x or ABE056 rack) is equipped with a 48-pin screw terminal connector for connecting transmission cables from the measurement chain (sensors and/or signal conditioners), as well as for signal input and output to and from external control systems.

In power plants and compressor stations, the IOC4T 200-560-000-113 is used to process speed signals from magnetoresistive sensors, optical encoders, and laser sensors, enabling speed monitoring with nanosecond-level precision. With an overspeed response time of less than 10 ms and programmable threshold triggering, it provides precise order tracking analysis for turbines and compressors.
